Yoga is the best procedure to stay fit. Yoga helps us to free our mind and also concentrate on any thing that we like, not only that yoga helps us in controlling the breathing, provides meditation and after a days workout at office it helps us for refreshing and rejuvenating our mind. Daily yoga activities help us to balance our body and mind. The modern world is entirely depending on medicine to prevent diseases, but here we give you some yoga asana which prevent diseases;

PADMASANA
It helps us to vital fluids in the body. It prevents abnormal diseases and female disorders connected with the reproductive organ and also it helps us to bring peace, solitude, longevity to the practitioner.
INSTRUCTION: Sit on the ground by spreading the legs forward. Place the right foot the left thigh and the left foot on the right thigh. Place the hands on the knee joints. Keep the body, back and head erect. Eyes should be closed.

HALASAN
Makes the spine flexible, creates energy, and blood of the muscles of the back. Aids thefunctioning of the thyroid and thymus glands thus helping retain the individual’s youthful physical characteristics for a longer period.

INSTRUCTION: Lie on your back, arms alongside. Raise legs an in Sarvangasan (you may take help of hands on the hips), then lower them overhead, knees straight, ankles stretched, toes pointed and touching the ground. Arms stay on ground as in the beginning, palms on the ground. The posture resembles the shape of a plough.
SALABHASAN
It helps in digestion and provides good relief for gastric problems and flatulence.The posture also relieves pain in the sacral and the lumber regions owing to the spine being stretched back with better elasticity. This asana also helps the bladder and the prostate gland to remain healthy.
INSTRUCTION: Lie full length on the stomach on the floor with face facing downwards, stretches the hands backwards. Breathe out and lift the head, chest and legs simultaneously as high as possible. The hand and ribs should not rest on the floor.

To stay fit we have to do fitness exercise and yoga and as well as we have to avoid the junk food habit. Junk food which are easy to make and consume. The nutritional value of this kind of food is zero and not only that these kinds of foods are lying with fats it causing ill effect on the health of the consumer. The taste is the most attractive feature in junk foods, so to stay fit we have to avoid the junk foods.Most of the times these junk foods contain colors, those are often inedible, and harmful to the body. These foods and their colors can effect on digestive system and the effect of it emerging after many years. More also studies have found that coloring food may causes hyperactivity and lapse of concentration.

The junk food is popular among the ages between 6 to 12 years also. We all know that the years between 6-12 are a time of steady growth; good nutrition is a high priority. The junk food habits have come from our modernize society.Junk foods are often eaten in instead of regular foods and It effect on our health.The junkfood is making a harmful effect in our body like; its increases the rates of, risk of osteoporosis, Also In thelong run, your heart cannot function as it should because of too much cholesterol absorbed in the body as an effect of junk food on health.

To stay fit and enjoy a dieses free life we have avoid junk food habit. In according to avoid junk food habit we can eat fruit that can save time and also it help to fit our body. Choose water, low-fat milk, or diet sodas instead of regular sodas, fruit drinks, milkshakes, or whole milk. The most important think is to avoid junk food is to make your mind strong avoiding the junk food habit and encourage your mind to eat healthy snacks to stay fit.

A healthy person is capable to generate wealth and also they achieve their dream successfully and quickly. On the other hand wealth is also necessary for maintaining a good health. They are the two most important things of our life and also they are correlated to each other. In according to maintain our health in good condition the two for most things are Exercise and food habits. Most adults need at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least five days per week. The other step to stay healthy is maintaining a good food habits. Due to our busy work schedule we often eat some kind of foods that can consider unhealthy on grounds of their high in calories, lack of antioxidants. On eating of such foods lead to a high portability of occurrence of many diseases. There is an anther thing that can help us to maintain our health that is yoga. Exercising with yoga helps us to strengthen, stretch and tone muscle for a lean and flexible body, not only that yoga can help us to know how to control the breath, clear the mind, and relax the body.Health fitness exercise help to known everyone how it’s possible and what kind of activity we need to make fit himself in our every days  busy life.Which is unique but easy and also costless but beneficial for us.Yoga is a science and it help  to make a person build himself physically and mentally,so we need practice yoga everyday if we make us healthy and wealthy.
